How to activate uma on blackberry 9900

My OS is the latest one when I checked it on my blackberry deskstop software v7. Once I open the bbm app it requires my BB ID then it goes to setting up bbm then a blue screen will appear then nothing happens.

I tried to delete and re-install bbm app but it always the same problem. Only my bbm is experiencing problem. Please help me what to do. Ive been trying to fix this since yesterday and im really frustrated because I need my bbm as my primary communication with my girlfriend in UAE. Please Please.
